Personalised Items - Due to items being bespoke to you we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Non Personalised Items - We can offer you an exchange or credit note within 14 days. Please ensure the item is in the same condition it was received in and unworn. Please email us at with the order number and we will advise further on the returns process. 

Faulty Items - If you have received a faulty item, please get in touch and we will do our best to resolve this for you.
